All rates are quoted net to Singpaore Dollars at current rate of exchange and are subject to change without prior notice because we reserve the right to correct any errors in rates quoted or calculated for any service, with immediate effect. We will use our reasonable endeavors to notify you of such corrections.

Compulsory gala dinners & peak season surcharges during public holidays (X'mas, New Year) apply for different periods at different hotels and will be advised at time of booking to different countries in Asia accordingly.

GROUP BOOKING POLICY
For group bookings of minimum 15 full-paying persons, the 16th person is free of charge in half-twin.
For group bookings of minimum 20 full-paying persons, the 21st person is free of charge in single room.

CHILD POLICY – FREE OF CHARGE FOR INFANT BELOW 2 YO
Package tours:
Children below 12 years old sharing room with 2 adults and requiring extra bed are granted 25% discount; children below 12 years old sharing room with 2 adults without extra bed are granted 45% discount.
Accommodation only:
No additional charge if children up to 11 years old shared room & existing beds with parents (no breakfast included). If an extra bed is requested, the applicable rate as per our tariff for an extra bed will be charged, which also includes breakfast


Deposit & Payment policy
The amount required for deposit will depend on the nature of your booking and will only be enough to cover cancellation fees imposed on VIP tour Asia by third parties in the event of "no-show" and as a demonstration that the booking is made in good faith.

Deposit of US $100,00 per booking ONLY is required upon confirmation of booking tour. You have peace of mind for months before departure dates. At that point, we would require full prepayment 60days before departure for all services by money transfer or credit card payment with all bank transfer  charges/ fees to be paid by the client.

All the tour packages on this website operate on a pre-payment basis. Payment can be made either using a major credit card at 2.27 credit card fee (Visa, Master card only) or 4% for American Express Credit card. We accept payment by credit card online or offline at your convenience. After receiving your payment, we will issue you the voucher and/or final confirmation itinerary, which can be sent to you by fax or email.

VIP tour Asia adds no extra charges on any method of payment other than those required by banks or credit providers involved. Also note that we add no extra/ hidden charges of any after your final confirmation. Options for payment depend on the guest's country of residence and will be explained in more detail during the booking process.

Prices & Fluctuation
Since prices represent low season twin share prices (unless otherwise clearly stated) and include all government levies and airport taxes as at the date of publication unless otherwise indicated. Please note that these levies and taxes are subject to change. Additionally, due to the fluctuation of currency, regrettably currency surcharges may be necessary. VIP tour Asia will without guarantee try to give clients who have paid deposits a grace period to pay in full in order to avoid any surcharge. However, the best way to avoid surcharges is to pay in full as soon as possible

Flexibility/ opening is our strongest point as we are working seriously. You can amend your booking when it is made. Just contact us at info@viptourasia.com with your booking number. Our reservation team is glad to amend your booking accordingly.


Cancellation policy
Non refundable deposit upon services confirmation
Cancellations will be charged as follows:
- >60 days before arrival: We guarantee 100% money back (US $100 administration & banking service fee per booking is forfeited)
- 30- 59 days before arrival: 10% cancellation charge.
- 15- 29 days before arrival: 40%
- < 14 days before arrival: 100%
- No show of unused services


Changes
We try best to not have to make any changes to your tour itinerary, howerver we sometimes do need to make changes based on the local situation. We reserve the right to modify the itinerary of your tour if air schedule or surface transportation changes, and/or events beyond our control make such alterations necessary.
If you have already booked with confirmation letter from us, we will let you know as soon as possible. We may offer you hotel/flight/sightseeing program alternatives in the same or higher standard if the original service is not available.

In case we cancel your confirmed reservations
we reserve the right to cancel your reservation if we have reasons to believe that your payment condition and/or health conditions may affect us to carry out the tour arrangements. We will remind you immediately and continuously about the payment status for the reserved services by e-mails or fax. We are not responsible for any inconvenience or loss caused by the cancellation.If we cancel your reservation after receipt of your full payment, we will refund full payment received within 15 days.
Please kindly understand that your co-operation for punctual payment will not only protect your reservation and ticket, but help us to serve you and others efficiently and smoothly.


Liability
VIP tour Asia acts as intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, transport operators and local tourist offices providing the services. VIP tour Asia is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by tourists, including those occurring outside the tour programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the passengers. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance.
Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur VIP tour Asia will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value. Programs, prices, services, and conditions are based on those valid at the time of printing and are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour. Participation in our services implies full agreement to the above conditions by all parties involved.

Passport & Entry visa
Your passport must be valid for at least six months following your entry date to your travel destinations.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of a valid passport and visa and all travel documents are valid for travel. Visa procedure or visa upon arrival is available upon your request.

Travel insurance
Travel insurance is not included in your tour price. It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify whether his/ her local health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling. Please contact your insurance carrier for details.
VIP tour Asia strongly advises that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover all aspects of your tour: the loss of deposits through cancellation, lost of baggage and personal items, personal injury and death. A waiver must be signed if insurance is declined.

Tour information
Most tours are available with daily departures. We further offer several seat-in-coach tours with fixed departure dates. Since flight schedules vary from day to day, schedules of sightseeing tours may sometimes require adjustment. Although VIP tour Asia offers a selection of accommodation at various hotels, it may not always be possible to confirm accommodation as requested due to very limited room capacities during certain periods and certain parts of Asia. Alternative accommodation can in some cases be at sub-standard hotels, which lack essential facilities. No refunds can be made for any shortcomings related to accommodation there. Visa fees are not included in the tour prices.

Important notice
We further would like to advise that, because of frequent flight changes and cancellations by certain airlines and visiting places close for maintenance/ seasonal reasons, we cannot fully guarantee that the proposed itinerary can be carried out as planned if any. Based on our experience changes of departure times and/or cancellations can occur at very short notice even after confirmations for a flight have been received. Same applies for train travel - schedule changes occur frequently and sometimes without prior notification.

In case of schedule changes or flight cancellation we will always try everything human possible to arrange an alternate program within the framework of the original quoted costs. However we reserve the right to charge any cost exceeding the original budget to the tour operator/travel agent or to the participant of a tour after consultation with the agent.

Day 1 - Welcome to Green City, Singapore (L/D)
After greeted, you will be sent to your hostel. You will be accompanied by one of our Staff and you will witness the busy traffic along the East Coast Park (ECP) expressway in the morning of Singapore. Local lunch will be served and you will proceed to the bunks to rest.

Spend the afternoon and evening - to learn and understand the life of an ecosystem from the professionally trained Trainer who will share on the biological community of interacting organisms and their physical environment.

Take a peek on a video which tell the history of Singapore – “Singapore After Its’ Independence…“before wrap up the night.

Day 2 - Water in Singapore. Let's Find Out (B/L/D)
Visit the newly NEWater Visitor Centre and be immersed in a world of water and especially NEWater. A great learning experience and be edutained! A virtual guide called "Wave" will direct you each step of the way through the visit – accompanied by multimedia presentations and hands-on interactive games. At the end of the visit, you will have a comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of water - related topics and especially on NEWater and its uses.

The Water Hub, the next destination. There are 14 reservoirs in Singapore and 8 service reservoirs which supplements and provides backup water supply to houses, airport. One of such reservoir located at the eastern part of Singapore is called Bedok Reservoir. The reservoir has a surface area of 880,000 m², and a capacity of 12.8 million m³. 


 

Day 3 - Real life Experience of Being a Student (B/L/D)
Experience the life of a Singaporean student! Pay a visit to a typical school in Singapore and learn first-hand what studying in Singapore is like.  Make new friends and share a meal in the school canteen. Temasek Secondary School, one of the good schools in Singapore, situated at Upper East Coast Road.

Fascinating ORCHIDS!
Leave the hustle and bustle of the city to see and visit the Singapore national flora – orchid at the Singapore Botanic Garden. Relax and Enjoy the varieties of orchid plants which comes in different colors and sizes and spend the afternoon and evening at Bukit Timah Nature Reserve is situated within the slopes of Bukit Timah Hill, the highest point in Singapore at approximately 160 meters above sea level. The nature reserve consists of tropical rainforest (above right), streams, small ponds and abandoned quarries. There are numerous trails for exploring the natural surroundings as well as a mountain bike trail. The Bukit Timah and Central Catchment nature reserves are home to more than 840 flowering plants and over 500 species of animals. These include towering trees, climbing palms (better known as rattans), ferns, orchids, gingers and strange blooms such as the Black or Bat lily. The forest is home to all kinds of animals. The most commonly encountered are the Long-tailed Macaques or monkeys.

Day 4 - World of Sciences (B/L/D)

Spend your day at the Singapore Science Centre – discovering the wonders of Science. The Singapore Science Centre is a non-formal educational institution for the promotion of science and technology among students and members of the public. It has the country's largest collection of educational and exhibit materials devoted to science and have been acclaimed as one of the top science centers in the world. More than a million visitors come to the Singapore Science Centre every year.

Diary of a Goat
Have some thrill at Hay Dairies Pte Ltd which is a small goat farm, with about 1,000 goats of mixed breed, producing milk for sale. The farm uses the latest milking, pasteurizing, homogenizing and bottling machines to produce very fresh goat's milk, which it sells directly to customers.

The goats at Hay Dairies belong to the family of goats known as Dairy Goats, which are domesticated and kept for milk production. They are usually not sold for consumption. There are 5 types for Dairy Goats: Alpine, Nubian, Saanen, Toggenburg and La Mancha. The goats at Hay Dairies are not pure breeds because they have been cross bred.

Day 5 - Get Close to Environment (B/L/D)
Explore and find out more from the National Environment Agency (NEA), the divisions of Environmental Protection, Environmental Public Health, and Meteorological Services on how its work together to ensure a quality environment for Singaporeans, for now and for generations to come. The NEA do not work alone. It works with its partners in the community, in industries and commerce, and the public sector to sustain a clean and healthy living environment loved and cared for by everyone.

Take A Peek at the Heartlanders
On the way back from NEA, take a peek at the heartlanders’ accommodations – high rise flats. Shortly after the independence of Singapore faced a serious problem of housing shortages. About 80 - 90% of Singapore's population are currently living in HDB flats, with high-density housing being a solution to the problem of overcrowding.

 

Day 6 - U Need More than a Biscuit (B/L/D)

Up Close and Personal with Nature
Spend and enjoy a day at PulauUbin from the main island of Singapore via a 10-minute bumboat ride from the Changi Village jetty at PulauUbin is one of the last areas in Singapore that has been preserved from urban development, concrete buildings and tarmac roads.

PulauUbin's wooden house villages and wooden jetties, relaxed inhabitants, rich and preserved wildlife, abandoned quarries and plantations, and untouched nature in general make it the last witness of the old "kampong" Singapore that existed before modern industrial times and large scale urban development. The future of the island is in the hands of Singaporeans, but its witness as a former rural way of life will most probably disappear with the last "kampong" generation.

Night @ Little India
Tired after a long day? Come and join in the Deepavalicelebrations at Little India is an ethnic neighbourhood found in Singapore that has Indian cultural elements. Little India lies to east of the Singapore River across from Chinatown, located west of the river and north of Kampong Glam. Both areas are part of the urban planning area of Rochor.

Don’t forget to stop and shop at the Mustafa Centre Shopping Centre which operates 24 hrs !
Mustafa was founded by Indian businessman Mustaq Ahmad in 1971, and at first sold mainly clothing. In 1985, Mustaq moved his business to the ground floor of Serangoon Plaza. As his business expanded, Mustaq bought over a shophouse on Syed Alwi Road.

 

Day 7 - Places of Interest – Sentosa (B/L/D)
Don’t miss it or you will regret! Take a Cable Car ride to Sentosa Island and enjoy a panoramic view of the Port of Singapore as the sun sets. Visit the Images of Singapore exhibition to experience the real magic behind the story of Singapore. Too many attractions… and a worthwhile trip, definitely!!!

Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay is one of the world's busiest arts centers, officially opened on 12 October 2002. This architectural icon with its distinctive twin shells is sited within Singapore's civic district, just by Marina Bay at the mouth of the Singapore River. Esplanade aims to be a performing arts centre for everyone, and its programs cater to its diverse audiences. Its program line-up spans all genres to encompass music, dance, theatre and visual arts, with a special emphasis on Asian culture. 

Day 8 - Too Soon, It‘s Time to Go Home (B/L/D)
Remember to pick up some souvenirs before going to the airport. Good bye and with the wonderful memories, maybe there will be another opportunity to visit Singapore again.
